For Haldiram’s pan-India direct-to-consumer business, the website has to turn brand familiarity into a completed order. My work connects that buying journey with acquisition, paid-media efficiency and the daily running of the business.
The revamp was a conversion project as much as a website project. My focus was the relationship between the ad, the shopping journey and the purchase decision, so the team could consider website experience and media efficiency together.
The part I played.
I led a conversion-focused website revamp for the India D2C business. The brief connected the shopping experience with return on ad spend: make the website work harder for the people arriving through our campaigns. This sits alongside my day-to-day ownership of website-led growth and partner coordination.

Review the pan-India business using comparable periods, with agency and internal teams aligned on the next action.
A percentage needs its period.
The business recorded 16.8% full-year growth in April 2025–March 2026, compared with the previous financial year. Monthly actuals give a more useful view of that journey than a single end-of-year headline.
Growth is not a straight line.
August 2026 grew 31.1% year on year, while April–August 2026 remained 28.2% below the comparable 2025 period. That makes the operating priority recovery and consistent performance, rather than assuming a festive spike will carry the year.
